ECG Challenge: College Swimmer With Concerning ECG

A 22-year-old male college student, who is a member of his college swim team, presents to the health service for a routine physical examination at the start of the season. As part of his evaluation, a 12-lead ECG is obtained. The physician is concerned about the ECG and refers the student to a cardiologist.
